Oral & Written Communication Any member of the public may address the Commission about any matter not on the agenda for this meeting for up to three minutes. Commissioners may not comment on the matter but may choose to place the topic on a future agenda. Approval of Draft Minutes Draft Traffic Safety Commission Minutes September 12, 2013 Sheriff’s Report to the Commission Old Business None. New Business 1. New Commissioner Introduction Commissioner Ray Cosyn to introduce himself and briefly state what he hopes to learn and accomplish in his first year as a Traffic Safety Commissioner. Action: Welcome Commissioner Cosyn. 2. Traffic Matrix # 313 Issue: Request red curb near property driveway to improve sight line visibility from property driveway on Douglas Lane. Action: TSC will make recommendation 2. Traffic Matrix #314 Issue: Request for Hidden Driveway to improve safety at Parker Ranch Road. Action: TSC will make recommendation 3. Traffic Matrix #315 Issue: Request for stop sign at Hill Avenue and Montalvo to improve motorist safety. Action: TSC will make recommendation 4. Speed Survey 2013 presented by Fehr & Peers Traffic Engineer Issue: Review Speed Survey 2013 Action: TSC will make recommendation 5. Report back on traffic safety measures based on Commission recommendations Action: Information only. Staff will provide a verbal report.
