HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 19-021 Budget adjustment for 2018 PMP projectRESOLUTION NO. 19-021 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA TO ADJUST THE FY 2018/19 BUDGET TO INCREASE FUNDS FOR THE 2018 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT WHEREAS, the City of Saratoga Streets CIP program provides for a safe and functional roadway and pedestrian street system; and WHEREAS, the City is currently in contract with O'Grady Paving for the 2018 Pavement Management Program Project; WHEREAS, the City has identified a need to include additional scope of work to the contract; WHEREAS, current contract amounts are insufficient to fund the increased scope of work; WHEREAS, the requires funds need to be sourced from the FY19/20 CIP Streets Funds WHEREAS, staff requests an increase in budget and contract amounts for the 2018 PMP Project: Account Description Account Amount To increase expenditure appropriations: Increase Expenditure Appropriation 411.9111-003.81161 $250,000 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby approves the above budget adjustments to the Fiscal Year 2018/19 CIP and Operating Budget. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on 17`1' day of April 2019 by the following vote: AYES: Mayor E. Manny Cappello, Vice Mayor Howard Miller, Council Members Rishi Kumar, Mary -Lynne Bernald, Yan Zhao NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAIN: anny Cappello, Mayor ebbie Bretschneider, City Clerk
