Routine Organization A. Roll Call B. Approval of minutes from 1/11/05 C. Posting of Agenda – Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the agenda was posted on Thursday February 3, 2005 D. Oral & Written Communication - Any member of the public may address the Commission about any matter not on the agenda for this meeting for up to three minutes. Commissioners may not comment on the matter but may choose to place the topic on a future agenda. II. Old Business A. Mustard Walk. III. New Business A. 8:30 a.m. Review proposed restoration of the Sam Cloud Barn B. 9:15 a.m. Review request to determine if the structure at 20760 Wildwood Way is Historically significant C. 9:45 a.m. Review Proposed restoration plans and report from Dill Design for 14524 Oak Street, Hanchett House c.1886. D. 10:30 a.m. Review request to upgrade the home at 14445 Donna Lane from the Historic Resource list to the Land Mark List and consideration for the Mills Act. IV. Items to be placed on the next Agenda A. Update on County Grant for McWilliams House renovations. B. Update on Work Plan assignments. C. Update on City sites being submitted for the National Registry. D. Review request from the Saratoga Historic Foundation to have a sign placed on Saratoga Avenue in the orchard saying “Saratoga Historical Orchard, a Glimpse of the Past, Preserved for the Future”. E. (Continued from last meeting) Assign HPC member to prepare a DPR and review history on 19101 Via Tesoro Court to consider the structure for Land Mark Status and Mills Act Participation. F. Review list of properties with structures 50 years and over in age G. Historic Preservation Data Base H. Plaques I. Review funds still available from the Historic Park Master Plan, and review revenue generated for weddings at the Warner Hutton House. V. Pending Items A. Adopt a Tree Program for the Heritage Orchard B. Update Heritage Ordinance C. Review Oak Street as a Heritage Lane VI.
