MV- 323 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A NO, PARKING ZONE AT ROLLING HILLS ROAD NORTH OF PROSPECT ROAD The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows: I. Based upon an engineering and traffic study: NAME OF STREETS LOCATION RESTRICTION Rolling Hills Road Rolling Hills Road No parking at all times on the west side of Rolling Hills Road, from Prospect Road to the end of the road. No parking on the east side of Rolling Hills beginning at the first bend north of Prospect Road to the end of Rolling Hills. The restriction shall be indicated by "No Parking" signs. II. All prior resolutions and other enactments imposing a parking restriction at the location specified above are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency with the restriction specified above. III. This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or markings are installed. The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 16TH day of October, 2019, by the following vote: AYES: Mayor E.
