Call to Order
(7:06pm)
Roll Call: Chittharanjan, Koneru (absent), Liu, Madhan, Peer, Pyun, Raamkumar, Rammohan,
Wang, Zhai.
Report on Posting of the Agenda: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, this
m eeting was properly post ed on September 4, 2019.
Accept Agenda Items : No additional items may be added pursuant to Government Code Section
54954.2.
Oral & Written Communication: Any member of the public may address the Commission about any
matter not on th e agenda for this meeting for up three minutes. Commissioners may not
comment on the matter but may choose to place the topic on a future agenda.

II. Youth Commission Update
Mary Elizabeth Miller submitted resignation. Youth Commission will operate as a body of 10
commissioners for the 2019/2020 year.
III. Brown Act Review
Transparency – decisions made at the meetings where they are open to the public.
IV. Work Plan
a) Beneficiary - Park?
- Inclusive Park (fundraising/marketing event idea – Saraboba)
- Motion to vote on adding Hackathon if the Library is interested in a collaboration
event. (Motion: Peer, second: Madhan) 9-0; passed

Wang, Zhai
o Abstained: none.
