Applicant’s Appeal •Replacement of original fence •Lattice to be removed •Privacy and safety Original Fence Recommendation Adopt the Resolution (Attachment C)denying Appeal APCC20-0001,upholding the Planning Commission’s decision to deny Fence Exception application FER19-0001. Alternate Action Adopt the Resolution (Attachment D)approving Appeal APCC20-0001,and approving Fence Exception application FER19-0001 to allow a 6 foot tall solid wood fence to be constructed within a 25 foot exterior side setback area where the maximum fence height is limited to 3 feet .
