SITE VISIT Participation Information: This meeting will be conducted in compliance with Governor’s Executive Order N‐29‐20 suspending certain teleconference rules required by the Ralph M. Brown Act. The purpose of this order was to provide the safest environment for the public, elected officials, and staff while allowing for continued operation of the government and public participation during the COVID‐19 pandemic. Members of the public may view and participate in the meeting by: 1. Using the Zoom website https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86029241578?pwd=eGl4SWZaU3NIa3JGOWRzdTNGV1Qx Zz09 or App (Webinar ID 860 2924 1578) and raising their hand when directed o speak on an agenda item; OR 2. Calling 1.408.638.0968 or 1.669.900.6833 and pressing *9 to raise their hand to speak on an agenda item when directed. 3. Attending the Site Visit in person at 19277 Shubert Drive All attendees must comply with all applicable social distancing and face covering guidelines related to COVID-19. Site visits are conducted to properties that are new items on the City Council Agenda and are held preceding the Wednesday hearing. It is encouraged that the applicant and/or owner to be present to answer any questions that may arise. Site visits are generally short (10 to 20 minutes) because of time constraints. Any presentations and testimony you may wish to give should be saved for the Public Hearing. During the Site Visit, the City Council may only discuss items related to the project. The agenda does not allow any formal votes or motions on the proposed project or other matters. The Site Visit is an informational meeting where the Council may ask questions from or hear statements from members of the public attending the Visit. No comments made during the Site Visit by the Council are binding or required to be carried through to the formal public hearing where actions will be taken on the proposed project.
