A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF APPLICATION NO. SUB 20-0001
20034 HERRIMAN AVENUE (APN 397-25-080)
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: That certain Tract Map of a two -lot subdivision prepared by C. & D.C., Inc.,
dated July 2023, and filed with the City Clerk of the City of Saratoga on July
10, 2023, meets the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and the
Saratoga Municipal Code, and is approved. The City Manager (or designee) is
authorized to take action required to record the Final Map.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga
City Council held on the 61h day of September 2023 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS AFTAB, PAGE, WALIA, VICE MAYOR ZHAO,
MAYOR FITZSIMMONS
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
