Comment Letter on the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Westgate West Costco Project Recommended Action: Authorize submittal of a letter to the City of San Jose commenting on the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the Westgate West Costco Project at 5287 Prospect Road. Contract amendment with Fehr and Peers Transportation Consultants for the Annual Roadway Safety and Traffic Calming Capital Improvement Project (CIP) not to exceed $170,000. Recommended Action: Approve an amendment to the contract with Fehr and Peers Transportation Consultants for a one-time increase in the payment terms of $50,000 in FY 2023/24 for consultant services related to the Annual Roadway Safety and Traffic Calming Capital Improvement Project (Traffic Safety CIP) for a new, not-to-exceed contract amount of $170,000 in FY 2023/24.
