Oral Communications Tsing Barden-Saratoga Retirement Community Spoke about the proposed project in front of the manor that will be coming to HPC on a future agenda. Marilyn Maines- Spoke about the proposed project in front of the manor and addition to the manor, and the impacts that the proposal has on the existing historic structure and on adjacent properties. Vibration and noise issues. 6. Oral Communications on Non-Agenized Items Gene Zambetti discussed adding potential signage and plaque for the Saratoga Jail on the walkway between Oak Street and Big Basin Way. 4. New Business a. Saratoga Retirement Community (SRC) Cynthia Richardson presented the staff report. Chris Dalengas, the applicant’s architect, explained the need for the proposed plan and explained the process that has been underway to get to this point, with the history of the building in mind. Commissioners asked questions of the applicant regarding emergency egress and how will the alternative help preserve the “historical view” with the lowest minimum impact.
