A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF APPLICATION NO ULS23-0011
12182 PARKER RANCH ROAD (APN 366 43 021)
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
That certain Parcel Map of a two-lot subdivision prepared by Riechers Engineering, dated
May 2024, and filed with the City Clerk of the City of Saratoga on August 24, 2024,
meets the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and the Saratoga Municipal Code and
is approved. The City Manager (or designee) is authorized to act as required to record the
Final Map.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga
City Council held on the 18th day of September 2024 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS FITZSIMMONS, PAGE, WALIA, VICE MAYOR
AFTAB, MAYOR ZHAO
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
