PUBLIC HEARING 2.1 Introduce and Waive First Reading of an Ordinance Amending Articles 15-18,15-19, 15-35, 15-45, 15-56, 15-57, and 15-58 of the Saratoga City Code to Implement Programs of the 2023-2031 Housing Element. Recommended Action: 1. Following the public hearing, introduce and waive the first reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 15 (Zoning Regulations) of the Saratoga City Code to implement programs of the 2023-2031 Housing Element 2. Direct staff to place the ordinance on the consent calendar for adoption at the next regular meeting.
