In accordance with Saratoga City Council’s Remote Public Participation Policy, members of the
public may participate in this meeting in person at the location listed below or via remote

unexpectedly unavailable, the meeting will proceed in person without remote participation.

The agenda for this meeting was properly posted on February 24, 2025.

generally prohibits the Commission from discussing or taking action on such items. However,
the Commission may instruct staff accordingly.

1. Heritage Preservation Minutes
Recommended Action:
Review and approve the minutes for the October 8, 2024, Heritage Preservation
Commission Regular Meeting.
2. Election of Chair and Vice Chair
Recommended Action:
Elect members to serve as chair and vice chair for 2025.
3. 19490 Glen Una Drive
Recommended Action:
Review and provide a recommendation to the City Council for the owners’ request to
designate the property as a landmark property and enter into a Mills Act Contract.
4. Certified Local Government Annual Update
Recommended Action:
Receive the annual report to CLG.
5. 2025/26 Workplan
Recommended Action:
Review and provide comments on the proposed 2025/26 Fiscal Year work plan.
