Approve a contract for Cox Avenue Comprehensive Signage and Striping conceptual design plan with Fehr & Peers in the amount not-to-exceed $33,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute the same. 2. Authorize staff to execute change orders to the contract up to $3,300 (10%).
