RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A 2-HOUR PARKING ZONE ON
THE NORTHWESTERLY SIDE OF OAK STREET FOR 475 FEET
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
I. Based upon an engineering and traffic study the restriction set forth below is hereby
imposed at the specified street and location:
NAME OF STREET LOCATION RESTRICTION
Oak Street Northwesterly side of
Oak Street between
125 feet and 600 feet
southwesterly of the
end of the curb return
at State Route 9, for a
total of 475 feet.
2-Hour Parking zone.
II. All prior resolutions and other enactments imposing a parking restriction at the location
specified above are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency with the
restriction specified above.
III. This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or markings are
installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga
City Council held on the 20th day of August 2025 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS FITZSIMMONS, WALIA, ZHAO, VICE MAYOR
PAGE, MAYOR AFTAB
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
