RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
TO AMEND THE SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND SAFE
ROUTES TO SCHOOL IMPLEMENTATION CIP PROJECT
IN THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 BUDGET
WHEREAS, The City adopted its Fiscal Year 2025 – 26 Budget on June 18, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the Safe Routes to School Needs Assessment CIP project is an Admin &
Tech CIP project and Safe Routes to School Implementation is a Streets CIP project; and
WHEREAS, a budget amendment is necessary to reallocate Fiscal Year 2024-25 funding
from Safe Routes to School Needs Assessment to Safe Routes to School Implementation CIP
Project as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saratoga does
hereby amends the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget.

The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga
City Council held on the 17th day of September 2025 by the following vote:
