A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF APPLICATION NO ULS24-0012
18501 VESSING ROAD (APN 397-05-111)
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
That certain Parcel Map of a two lot subdivision prepared by Tracy L. Giorgetti, dated
August 2025, and filed with the City Clerk of the City of Saratoga on August 27, 2025,
meets the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and the Saratoga Municipal Code and
is approved. The City Manager (or designee) is authorized to take action required to record
the Final Map.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga
City Council held on the 17th day of September 2025 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS FITZSIMMONS, WALIA, ZHAO, VICE MAYOR
PAGE, MAYOR AFTAB
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
