Byrne, El-Diwany, Fariba, Gupta, Langstaff, Maltiel, Pramanik, Rateau, Rezaii, Seifert, Sclavos, Shepherd, Tseng. All present except Pramanik III. Report on Posting of the Agenda: Pursuant
to Government Code Section 54954.2, the agenda for this meeting was properly posted on November 29, 2006. IV. Accept Agenda Items and Order: No additional items may be added pursuant
to Government Code Section 54954.2. V. Approval of November Minutes. Motion: Rateau; Second: El-Diwany VI. Oral and Written Communication Any member of the public may address the Commission
