have some right, title, or interest in and to the real property included in the subdivision shown
within the distinctive border tine as shown on this map, that we are the only persons whose
consent is necessary to pass clear tittP to said real property; that we hereby consent to the
preparation and recordation of this map within the distinctive border line as shown on this map.
We hereby dedicate to public use, and offer to dedicate to the City of Saratoga all streets and
portions of streets not heretofore existing and designated as Montpere Way as shown upon this
map, said dedications and offers of dedication are for any and all public uses under, upon, and
over said streets and portions thereof.
We hereby dedicate to public use and offer to dedicate to the City of Saratoga slope easements
designated as "Slope Easement" for the purpose of constructing and maintaining cut or fill slopes
or retaining walls.
We also hereby dedicate to public use easements for public utilities and sanitary sewers under,
on, or over those certain strips of land lying between street lines, and /or lot lines and dashed
Lines designated as P.S.E. (Public Service Easement), said easements to be kept open and free
from building and structures of any kind except lawful fences, fireplaces, eave overhangs,
utility company structures and appurtenances. There is shown on the hereon map easements for
storm drainage purposes designated as "Private S.D.E." for the installation and maintenance of
private storm drainage facilities.
_ We also hereby offer for dedication to public use the right-of -way and easement for ingress and
egress of emergency vehicles over, upon and across the strips or parcels or land designated as
"E.V.A.E." (emergency vehicle access easement).
All lots are not resubdividable.
