The purpose of the project is to build consensus between the City of Saratoga, Saratoga Union School District, Campbell Union School District, Cupertino Union School District, and various user groups leading to development of joint use agreements and contracts, roles, responsibilities and obligations. This meeting will cover the following items: • Introduction of all involved agencies and user groups. • Project overview. • ProjectlProcess schedule. • Identification of roles and responsibilities.
