1999. 4. COMMUNICATIONS FROM COMMISSIONS AND THE PUBLIC A. Oral Communications on Non-Agendized Items -Any member of the public will be allowed to address the City Council for up to
three (3) minutes on matters not on this agenda. The law generally prohibits the Council from discussing or taking action on any such matters. However, the Council may instruct staff
accordingly regarding Oral Communications under Agenda Item No. 9. B. Communications from Boards and Commissions 1. Letter from David McLaughlin resigning from the Library Commission.
Recommendation: For information only. C. Written Communications -None 5. CONSENT CALENDAR The consent calendar contains routine items of business separated into three sections. Items
for each section will be acted upon in one motion unless they are removed from the Consent Calendar for discussion. Previously discussed items in Section A have already been considered

any conditions imposed. New items in Section B do not require a presentation from staff unless the Council removes them for discussion, at which time staff may provide additional information

Drive Annexation to Landscaping and Lighting Assessment District LLA-1 (Zone 31) Recommendation: Adopt Resolution as appropriate. 7. OLD BUSINESS A. Report from Community Development
Director regarding the Notices of Intent for Saratoga Union School District school renovation projects (Saratoga Elementary and Redwood Middle Schools). Recommendation: Provide direction
to staff on City's comments on both Notice of Intent. 8. NEW BUSINESS A. Property Management Agreement with the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara for Hakone Caretaker's
Cottage. Recommendation: Approve agreement and authorize the City Manager to sign the agreement with the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara to provide property management
and tenant placement services for the Hakone Affordable Housing project. 9. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS (continued) and instructions to staff regarding actions on current oral communications.
