with the community's desire to preserve its character? ( How could/should the City attempt to shape future change and growth to preserve the community's character? F. Planning Ahead
( What are the City Council's priorities over the next two years? ( What are the City Council's goals beyond the next two years? ( How can staff best help the Council to achieve these
