4. Authorizing the Mayor to Send a Letter to Governor Davis to
Request Proposition 14 Funds for the Saratoga Community Library.
Recommended Action: Grant authorization to trnnsmit letter to
Governor Davis.
5. Consideration of San Jose Water Company Rate Increases.
Recommended Action: Direct staff to take action, if any, in
response to rate increase application.
6. Presentation by Los Gatos-Saratoga High School District, Re:
Renovation and Remodeling Plans for Saratoga High School.

7. Invitation to Join Amicus Brief in Apartment Association of Los
Angeles County v. City of Los Angeles Concerning Limits on City
Fees.
Recommended Action: Authorize the City of Saratoga to join the
amicus brief being prepared by the City of San Jose in Apartment
Association of Los Ange/es County v. City of Los Ange/es, Calif.
Supreme Court Docket #5082645.
8. Resolution Requesting County of Santa Clara to Create a Task Force
for the Union Pacific Railroad Trail for Santa Clara County.
Recommended Action: Adopt resolution.
9. Resolution of Endorsement for Measure F (Saratoga Fire Station
Bond.
Recommended Action: Adopt resolution.
