HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 06-057RESOLUTION N0.06-057 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA AMENDING THE FY 2005-06 AND FY 2006-07 BUDGET AS RECOMMENDED IN THE FISCAL IMPACT OF THE REPORT WHEREAS, the 2006 Pavement Management Program will begin this fiscal year; WHEREAS, it is necessary to carry-forward the project budgets from the 05/06 fiscal year into the 06/07 fiscal year. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves to accept the budget amendments as submitted and authorizes the budget adjustments as follows: FY 2005/2006: • Decrease the budget in the Gas Tax Fund for PMP Expenditure by $ 218,800 • Decrease the budget in the General Fund -Street Maintenance for PMP Expenditure by $500,000 FY 2006/2007: Increase the budget in the Gas Tax Fund for PMP Expenditure by $ 218,800 Increase the budget in the General Fund -Street Maintenance for PMP Expenditure by $ 500,000 AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Administrative Services Director is directed to record these changes into the City's accounting records in accordance with appropriate accounting practices. The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 2nd day of August 2006 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Kathleen King, Nick Streit, Ann Waltonsmith, Vice Mayor Aileen Kao, Mayor Norman Kline NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None
