RESOLUTION OF INTENTION~ ST[EET
LIGHTING ACT OF 1919
Wt{Ei{EAS, the City Council has heretofore ordered the
Clerk of the City of Saratoga to prepare a report in writing
pursuant to Streets and Hi~,hways Code Section 18041, which
report has been prepared and presented. to said City Council
and considered by it, and it appearing that public interest
and convenience requires the furnishing of electric current
for illumination of the street lighting syst~m heroinafter
set forth, and that a special assessment district shou].d be
created for the same pursuant to the Street Lighting Act of
1919,
NOW~ TH~BFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED:
1. Attached hereto and incorporated herein by refer<iimce
is the report heretofore prepared and considered by
the City Council pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code
Section 18O~l, which sets forth the exterior boundaries of 'the
assessment district.~ and the proposed improvement sha!]. be the
furnishing of electric current for such street lighting system
and maintaining said street lighting system.
2. The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby gives
notice of intention to order the above described
proposed im[l which improvement shall commence on the
.... itS' day of 19~7, and continue thereafter
~d:~f~itely time as said City Council shall terminate
the same by Resolution.
The above and foregoing Resolution. was duly and regularly
introduced and passed by the Council of the City of Saratoga
