1be City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
WHEREAS. a Master Agreement, bas beeD presented I!tJ.d entered into between
the stat'. of California ad the City of Saratoga for the expenditure of the
Enginoed.ng allocatioD to Cities: and..
WHBRBAS. a 'budget proposal for the expenditure of funds allocated under
Sect:l.on 2107.5 of the Streets aDd Hipways Code for the fiscal year ending
Juua 30. 1962, has been prepared for presentation to the State of California;
NOW, 1'BER.BP0RE, BE IT IlBSOLVED by the City Council of the City of Saratoga
that said. budget proposal for the fiscal year 1961..62 be and is hereby
adopted as the budget of proposed expenc:.1tures of the Bngineering allocation
to Cit:l.es, and said budget proposal be and the same 18 hereby approved and
the City Clerk is directed to s1gn the same on behalf of said City, said budget
proposal to be binding upon the City upon 1ts approval by the autho-r1zed Officials
of the State.
The above and fore3~ing resolution W~B duly and rcgularly introduced anå
palsed by the Council of the City of Sar.atoga at its regular meeting on
April 5, 1961
