I.ESOLUTION APPROVING FORM OF APPLICATION

The City Couacll of tbe City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section l: Attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
88 Ezhibtta "Aft and ''In respectively are a form of
application fot encroacbment permit and a form of
encroac1:neut permLt which are hereby approved and adopted as
offl.cial forms by the City of Saratoga for all appl1eations and
permits under Ordf.naøce No. 28 and Section 3, Article 1. Chapter 1
of Title 7 of Santa Clara County Ordinance Code as adopted by Sec-
t10n 1.1 of Ordtna:nc8 Ro. 4-A.. as preaent1y existin¡ or as hereafter
amended.
Section 2: Atteched hereto. marked Exhibit .'Cft. and incorporated
herein bJ reference is a schedule of fees.. Said fee
schedule 18 bereby adopted by the city as inspection
fees to be paid by IIfpU.cants for encroachment permits under Sec-
tion 6 of Ord:l.nance 28 _4 under Section 7.1.1-3.4 (5) of Section 3.
Article 1, Chapter 1 of Title 7, Sonta Clara County Ordinance Code

The above and foresoin¡ resolution was passed and adopted this
