BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that~ no proposition having received the required
2/3 majority of YES votes at the Special Hunicipal Bond Election of September
17, 1963, it is hereby [ound and declared and entered upon the record of the
Council that all propositions submitted to vote of the voters at said Special
Municipal Bond Election failed to be approved,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this_ 2nd day of October , 1963,
