RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE AND CX3NSE~T TO
DEEDS AND CRANTS
The City Council of. the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as .~ollows:
Pursuant to Goverrusent Code Section 27281 of the State of California,
the City Attoumey is hereby authorized to accept and consent to deeds or
Rrauts conveyinF, any interest in or easement upon real estate to the City of
Saratoga for public purposes. The City Attorney of the City of Saratoga who
is hereinabove authorized to so execute and deliver acceptances and consents
is Faber L. Johnston, Jr.
Resolution No. 40-1 of the City of Saratoga is hereby superceded and
· epealed and shall be of no Further force or effect ~rom and after date of
this zesolution.
This resolution was regularly introduced and passed at a regular meetin~
of the City Council held on the 20th day of February, 1963, by the followin~
vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Drake, Hart~an, Ritchie
