RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION
OF RIGHT-OF-WAY
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
fol lows:
SECTION 1,~ Reference is hereby made to the following offers of
dedication to the. City of Saratoga, covering rights-
of-way over portions of a certain private street known as "ETHEL ANN
(a) Offer dated MAY 16, 1961, executed by PERRY D.
POLENTZ and ETHEL Bo POLENTZ, and recorded
JUNE 19, 1961 in Book 5203 at Page 140, Santa
Clara County official Records; and
(b) Offer dated JULY 31, 1961, executed by CITY
TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, and recorded AUGUST 2,
1961, in Book 5251, Page 521, Santa Clara County
Official Records; and
(c) Offer dated MAY 12, 1961, executed by FREDERICK
RUSSELL CODY, and recorded in Book 5203, Page 141,
Santa Clara County Official Records.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid offers o2 ded'ication a~e hereby
accepted by the City of Saratoga, and the above
portions of said street covered thereby are hereby declared to be a
public street of 'the City of Saratoga.
SECTION 3. Such portion or portions of said private street asis
~3r are not included in the above offers of dedica~
tion shall remain private, not subject to public travel, access or
maintenance.
The above .and foregoing resolution was pa.s~ed an~ adopted at
a regular meeting Of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held
on the 7th day of April .... , 1965, by the following vote:
