RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AND APPURTENANCES
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
Good cause appearing therefor, the Mayor of the City of
Saratoga, for and on behalf of said City, be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to execute and deliver that certain
Deed of Conveyance from the City to the Pacific Gas and Electric
Company, a corporation, which Deed of Conveyance relates to the
conveyance of said company of certain conduit and underground
electrical appurtenances, which Deed of Conveyance is dated
August 7, 1968, and a copy of which Deed of Conveyance is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Saratoga
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of August, 1968,
by the following vote:

DEED OF CONVEYANCE
The City of Saratoga ., Grantor,
does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to PACIFIC SAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California
corporation, Pacific, its successors and assigns, free and char of all liens and encumbrances, those certain
underground. electric distribution facilities now installed on or adjacent'to Grantor's premises in
the City of Saratoga County of. Sant~ Clara ., State of California,
together with all necessary rights of way and easements ~erefor, in the locations shown and delineated
upon the sketch attached hereto and hereby made a parl hereof and particularly described thereon.
Grantor agrees to execute such other documents as Pa~:ific may require to enable it to record the rights
of way and easements above granted.
