A RESOLUTION ENDING RESOLUTION NO. 432-I
RELATIVE TO TERMS OF STUDENT ME~{BERS OF THE
PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, California, that
Resolution No. 432-3 being a Resolution amending Resolution 432-1 BY
PROVIDING FOR THE ADDITION OF TWO YOUTH MEMBERS TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION
COMMISSION, is amended to read as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 1 of Resolution No. 432 is amended to increase
the number of members to be appointed to the Saratoga Parks and
Recreation Commission to nine (9) members, two of whom shall be
students. The students shall be appointed in the following manner:

one s Prospect, Lynbrook, or any other high
school artended by Saratoga residents. Terms of the student members
shall be for no more than 2 years. The terms of office shall term-
inate no later than the August following the Senior year.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
passed by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
held on the 15th day of November, 1972, by the following vote:
