RESOLUTION ALTERING AND ESTABLISHING FEES
FOR BUILDING~ PLUMBING, HEATING, COMFORT
COOLING, ELECTRICAL, PLAN CHECKING AND
GRADIN8 PERMITS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section 1: Reference is hereby made to Sections 3-3, 3..19 and 3-41 of
the Saratoga City Code, which provide amongst other things that this Council
shall, from time to time, establish by resolution the schedule of fees to be
paid by applicants for building, plumbing, heating, comfort cooling, electrical,
plan checking and grading permits.
Attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein
by reference is a schedule of fees that is hereby established and adopted as
the fee schedule for the issuance of building permits.
Attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein
by reference is a schedule of fees that is hereby established and adopted as
the fee schedule for the issuance of plumbing permits.
Attached hereto, marked Exhibit "C" and incorporated herein
by reference is a schedule of fees that is hereby established and adopted as
the fee schedule for the issuance of heating and comfort cooling permits.
Attached hereto, marked Exhibit "D" and incorporated herein
by reference is a schedule of fees that is hereby established and adopted as
the fee schedule for the xssuance of electrical permits.
Attached hereto, marked Exhibit "E" and incorporated herein
by reference is a schedule of fees that is hereby established and adopted as
the fee schedule for the ~ssuance of plan checking and grading permits.
Section 2: These schedules of fees shall be effective immediately, and
shall be applicable to all applications filed from and after its effective date.
The above and foregoxng resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the t9th day of June , 1974,
by the following Vote:

Sec. 304. Any person desiring a permit required by this Code, shall,
at the time of filing an application therefor, pay a fee as required by
this Section.

gravity-type furnace or burner, including ducts and vents
attached to such appliance, up to and including 100,000

3. For the installation or relocation of each forced-air or
