EDEN R&'~D V~"'-~3 fTEERL~NK) RESOLVED, by the Local Agency Forration Commission of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS a petition/r,e~ for ~he pro osed Reorganization wich includes the following changes oi organization: Annexation Lo tuu ~,[y u~ Saratoga, the Saratoga Fire. District and the Cupertino Sanit.dry Sewer District. in the County of Santa Clara was heretofore filed by landowners and accepted for filing on November 14, 1979 by the Executive Officer of this Local Agency Formation Commission pursuant to (~itle 6, Division 1. commenc.!n~ with M~}89' et seq. of the Government Code; and WHEREAS, the Executive Officer~ pursuant to Government Code Section 5479~ has reviewed this proposal and prepared a report in- cluding his recommendations thereon, and has furnished a copy of this rep.ort to each person entitled to a copy; and WEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Commission that all owners of land included in said proposal consent to said proceeding; and WHEREAS, this Commission on December 12, 1979 ,heard from the interested parties, considered the proposal and the report of the Executive Officer, and considered the factors determined by the Com- mission to be relevant to this proposal, including, but not limited to, factors specified in Government Code Section 54796; and WHEREAS, this Commission has reviewed and considered the ~ -.-_~nt_-1 I:.;pac; ~;Fj, t/ne~atlve declaration, NOW, THEREFORE, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the .. Subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter specified, said proposal is approved, Section 4.
