Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 918 RESOLUTION NO. 918 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ABANDON A FUTURE STREET EASEMENT - LOTS 8 AND 9, TRACT NO. 5319 The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows: Section 1: Pursuant to Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and High- ways Code of the State of California, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby declares its intention to order the vacation and abandonment of a thirty eight (3Sr) foot future street easement, more particularly described as follows: That certain thirty eight (38) foot Future Street Easement located on Lots 8 and 9, as shown and delineated on that certain Map of Tract No. 5319 recorded on February 28, 1973 in Book 317 of Maps at Pages 34 and 35, Santa Clara County Records, and which is more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A" and shown on the attached Exhibit "B". Reserving, however, from such vacation and abandonment, the exceptions described on said attached Exhibit "A" and shown on said attached Exhibit "B". Section 2: The 17th day of October, 1979, at the hour of 8:00 olclock p.m., at the Council Chambers of the City Council, City Hall, Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the pro- posed vacation and abandonment above set forth.
