PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, it appearing that the nereinafter described portion of
a public utility easement is no longer necessary for the purpose intended
and has not been in use for the past twelve (12) months, and the City
Council being so advised and good cause appearing,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the hereinafter described
portion of easement be and the same is hereby abandoned. Said portion
so abandoned as above referred to is described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the southeasterly right-of-way line of Myren
Drive and the southwesterly line of Lot 17 in Block 9 as shown on that certain
map entitled, "Tract No. 822, Saratoga Gardens", which was field for record in
the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara in Book 40 of Maps at
Page 56; thence running along said southeasterly right-af-way line of Myren
Drive North 45° 15' 37" East 10.00 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way line
and running South 440 46' 12" East 14.00 feet, along the northeasterly line of
that certain 10 foot public utility easement shown along the southwesterly side
of said Lot 17, to the True Point of Beginning; thence from said True Point of
Beginning continuing along said northeasterly line of said 10 foot public utility
o 0
easement South 44 461 12" East 30.00 feet; thence South 45 13' 48" West 3.00
o 0
feet; thence North 44 46' 12" West 30.00 feet; thence North 45 131 48" East
3.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
The åbove and foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
thereafter passed and adopted on the 17tRlay of Octobe1r .
