RESOLUTION NO. 972
RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET FOR CITY
OF SARATOGA FOR FISCAL YEAR 1980-81
WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared a proposed General
Fund Operating Budget for the City of Saratoga at the direction
of the City Council for the fiscal year July 1, 1980, to and
including June 30, 1981, and said budget has been found to be
reasonable and adequate;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga
does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION I: That certain proposed General Fund and Operating
Budget in the amount of $.3.031. 238 for the fiscal year July 1,
1980, to and including June 30, 1981, original of which budget
is on file in the City Offices, be and the same is approved and
adopted as the budget for said fiscal year for the City of Saratoga.
SECTION II: The Mayor of the City of Saratoga is hereby
directed to certify said original as the budget adopted by this
resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a Regular Meeting
on the 1st day of October, 1980, by the following vote:
