A RESOLUTION ENDING RESOLUTION N0. 1017 OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA ADOPTING CERTAIN POLICIES
AND PROCEDURES REGARDING PROCESSING OF APPROVED TENTATIVE
MAPS FOR SUBDIVISIONS AND LAND DIVISIONS IN THE NORTHWEST
HILLSIDE SPECIFIC PLAN AREA
WHEREAS, on June 2, 1981, the City Council of the City
of Saratoga adopted and approved Resolution No. 1017 entitled "A
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Saratoga Adopting
Certain Policies and Procedures Regarding Processing of Approved
Tentative Maps for Subdivisions and Land Divisions in the North-
west Hillside Specific Plan Area," and
WHEREAS, it has been called to the Council's attention
that Section i of said resolution requires clarification so as to
properly set forth how Resolution No. 1017 affects all property
owners in the Northwest Hillside Specific Plan Area,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Saratoga does hereby amend Section i of Resolution No.
1017 so as to read as follows:
1. All applications for final map approval by any per-
son who has not obtained final map approval for his or her property
prior to April 25, 1978, will be processed through final map
approval, provided, all conditions imposed on such tentative map
have been satisfied and such person has complied with all appli-
cable ordinances of the City other than the Specific Plan for the
Northwest Hillside Area.
In all other respects, Resolution No. 1017 will and
does hereby remain in full force and effect.
The above and foregoing resolution was
passedand adopted by the Council of the City of Saratoga,

California, at a regular meeting thereof held on September l ,
1982, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmembers: Clevenger, Mallory, Moyles,
andMayor C a lion
NOES, Councilmembers: Nc~e
