RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SARATOGA AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT
OF THE GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Saratoga, on
its own initiative, determined that certain General Plan Land Use
designations should be changed to reflect the existing use of certain
parcels or uses more appropriate to the location and surroundings of
these parcels and the Planning Commission recommended that these
changes be adopted by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular
meeting in accord with Government Code Section 65355, held a public
hearing on September 7, 1983 and reviewed the proposed amendments to
the Land Use Element; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saratoga adopted a
Negative Declaration stating that the proposed General Plan changes
would not have a significant effect on the environment;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga re-
solves as follows:
That the Land Use Element of the General Plan be, and the
same is hereby amended with respect to the following parcels as
listed below and shown on Exhibit "B":

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga
held on the 21st day of September, 1983, by the following vote:
