HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2620.1 RESOLUTION NO. 2620,1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA CONFIRMING THE REPORT OF THE CITY MANAGER ON COSTS TO ABATE A PUBLIC' NUISANCE AT 12501 DE SANKA AVENUE WHEREAS, on February 7, 1990, the City Council did order the abatement of a public nuisance at 12501 DeSanka Avenue having declared such nuisance to exist on January 3, 1990, and WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported to the City Council that said nuisance was abated on March 20, 1990, and presented a final itemized written report showing the costs thereof; and WHEREAS, said costs are reported as Two Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-one dollars and Forty-seven cents ( $2,261.47 ), and WHEREAS, a notice of the scheduled consideration of said report was mailed and posted within the time set forth in Section 3- 15.090SMC, and WHEREAS, an opportunity to appear and state objections to the report having been afforded on April 18, 1990, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council confirms the report of the City Manager and directs said report to be filed with the Tax Collector pursuant to Section 3-15.120SMC. The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 18th day of April, 1990, by the following vote: AYES: Counci]~s Anderson, Frryles, PeterE, Stutzman and Mayor Clevenger NOES: None ABSENT None MAYOR / ATTEST: ~'EPUTY CITY ~LERK~'~
