HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 91-55 RESOLUTION NUMBER 91-55 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO INITIATE FINAL PROCEEDING FOR THE DESIGNATION OF A PORTION OF SARATOGA AVENUE AS A HERITAGE LANE DESIGNATION OF SARATOGA AVENUE AS A HERITAGE LANE WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 13-15.070 (e) of the City Code, the City Council has determined at the July 3, 1991 meeting that the proposed designation of a portion of Saratoga Avenue as a Heritage Lane be considered; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby found, determined and ordered that: 1. Notice is hereby given that Wednesday, the 7th day of August, 1991, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 13777 Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga, California be and the same are hereby appointed and fixed as the time and place for a hearing by this Council to consider and act on the designation of the portion of Saratoga Avenue, between Fruitvale Avenue and 14301 Saratoga Avenue, as a Heritage Lane, thereof, and when and where it will consider all oral statements and all written protests made or filed by any interested person at or before the conclusion of said hearing for or against said designation. 2. The City Clerk of said City be, and hereby is, directed to give notice of said hearing to published once in the Saratoga News, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and to send notice to all persons whose names appear on the latest available tax roll of the County as owning any property abutting the proposed heritage lane, said notices and publication to be had and completed at least ten (10) days prior to the date of hearing specified herein. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 17th day of July, 1991, by the following vote of the members thereof: AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Monia, Stutzman and Mayor Kohler NOES: None ABSENT: C0uncilmember Anderson Attest: C~TY~LERK~"
