RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
ACCEPTING OFFER OF DEDICATION
WHSREAS, an Offer to Dedicate the Public a Pedestrian and
Equestrian Ease.ent bas been made pertaining to certain real
property situated in the City of saratoga, County of Santa Clara,
State of california, and
WHEREAS, such offer of dedication, including the legal
description of such property, is attached as exhibit "A" hereto and
made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that acceptance of
the offer of dedication pertaining to said ease.ent would be in the
public interest.
NOW THEREFORE, the City council of the City of Saratoga
hereby accepts the offer of dedication with respect to the easement
hereinabove described and shown on Exhibit A attached hereto.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record
a certified copy of this resolution in the Offioe of the Recorder
for santa Clara County, California.
The above and foregoinq resolution was passed and adopted by the
Saratoqa city Council at a meetinq held on the 6th day
of Max , 1992, by the followinq vote:
AYES: Council members Clevenger, Mania, Stutzman and Mayor Kohler

OFFER TO DEDICATE THE PUBLIC A PEDESTRIAN & EQUESTRIAN EASEMENT
For valuable consideration, the undersigned owners of the hereinafter de-
scribed real property, hereby wkrranting that they constitute all of the
owners thereof, for themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, hereby
irrevocably offer to dedicate to the City of Saratoga, a Municipal Corpora-
tion, the use forever of a pedestrian & Equestrian Easement under, over,
and across that certain real property situated in the City of Saratoga,
County of Santa Clara, State of California. Said property lS more parti-
cularly described as follows:
A 20 foot wide strip pf land being a 20 foot pedestrian and equestr~an easement an~
public service easement lying within parcel K as shown on;; :that certaln parcel map flled
for record in Book 509 of Maps at page 49, Santa Clara County records, The westerly
line of said 20 foot wide strip being more particularly described as follows:

plural.
