RESOLUTION NO. 92-QZ3
RESOLUTION ABANDONING EMERGENCY VEHICLE
AHD PEDESTRIAN ACCESS EASEMENT
WHEREAS, it appearing that the hereinafter described
Emerqency Vehicle and Pedestrian Access Easement is no longer
necessary for the purposes intended and has not been in continuous
use for the past twelve (12) months, and
WHEREAS, tbe City Engineer recommends that the City council
abandon said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, the city council of the City of Saratoga
does resolve as tallows:
1. The hereinafter described Emergency Vehicle and
Pedestrian Access Easement is hereby found and determined to be no
longer necessary for public purposes.
2. Said ease.ent as described on the attached Exhibit A is
hereby declared to be vacated and abandoned.

The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at
a regular meetinq of the city council of the City of saratoga held
on the 6tn day of May , 1992, by the following
