()I..AJI,¡!I LAIJI't~:f' I<.M4£ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I~~ ACCEPTING OFFER OF DEDICATION :x .::- co w -0 :t:J¡o (;-) ,...., -.J .¡;:- N WHEREAS, an offer of dedication of a Pedestrian and Equestrian Easement has been made pertaining to certain real property situated in the City of saratoga, County of Santa Clara, state of California, and WHEREAS, such offer of dedication, together with the legal description of such property, is attached as exhibit "A" hereto and made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the offer of dedication pertaining to said easement has never been accepted by either the County of Santa Clara or the City of Saratoga, and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that acceptance of the offer of dedication pertaining to said easement would be in the public interest.
