WHEREAS, an offer of dedication of an easement for
Fence and Visual Barrier
has been made pertaining to certain real property situated in the
city of Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, state of California, and
WHEREAS, such offer of dedication, together with the legal
description of such property, is attached as exhibit nAif hereto and
made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the offer of dedication pertaining to said easement has
never been accepted by either the county of Santa Clara or the City
of Sarat.oga, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that acceptance of the
offer of dedication pertaining to said easement would be in the
publio interest.

OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENT FOR FENCE
For valuable consideration, the undersigned owners of all the hereinafter described real property,
hereby warranting that they constitute all of the owners thereof, for themselves their heirs,
successors, assigns, hereby irrevocably offer to dedicate to the City of Saratoga, a Municipal
Corporation, for a fence under, over, and across that certain real property situated in the City of
Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State of California, as described as follows:

The undersigned understand that the within offer can only be accepted by resolution of the City
Council of the City of Saratoga and recordation of this instrument shall not and will not constitute
acceptance of the within offer to dedicate. This offer shall be irrevocable and shall be binding upon
our heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns. The plural as used herein shall include

City of Saratoga
All that certain real property situate in the City of Saratoga, County of Santa Clara,
State of California being an easement for the installation and maintenance of a fence
and/or visual barrier and incidents thereto, including footings under, upon, over
and across that certain parcel of land described as follows:
The easterly 2.00 feet of Lot 56 as shown on Tract 4344, the map of which was filed
for record in Book 230 of Maps at pages 30 through 33 Santa Clara County Records,
