HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 93-031.19 RESOLUTION NO. 93-031.19 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA OVERRULING PROTESTS (LEONARD ROAD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT) The City council of the city of Saratoga resolves: On October 26, 1993, the City council opened a public hearing on the Resolution of Intention and the Engineer's Report on the proposed improvement in Leonard Road Assessment District, city of Saratoga, Santa Clara County, California. At or before the time set for the hearing, certain interested persons made protests or objections to the proposed improvement, the extent of the assessment district or the proposed assessment. The city council hereby overrules each of these protests, written or oral. The city Council finds that the protest against the proposed improvement (including all written protests not withdrawn in writing before the conclusion of the protest hearing) is made by the owners of less than one-half of the area of the land to be assessed for the improvement. * * * adjourned a regular/meeting of the City held on the 26th day of October, PASSED AND ADOPTED at Council of the City of saratoga 1993, by the following vote: NOES: Councilmembers Anderson.
