RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING OFFERS OF DEDICATION
WHEREAS, Peter Donald Ljepava and Ethel Ann Ljepava have executed
an Offer to Dedicate Property for street Purposes dated October 26,
1993, said offer identified as Exhibit A and attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, Ying Tsong Loh and Fu Mei Loh have executed an Offer to
Dedicate Property for Street Purposes dated December 1, 1993, said
offer identified as Exhibit B and attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFOR, the City council of the city of Saratoga hereby
accepts the aforementioned Offers attached as Exhibits A and Band
declares the portions of streets covered by said offers to be
public streets of the City of Saratoga.
PASSED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of, the city council of the
City of Saratoga held on the 15th day of December
1993, by the following vote:

real property, hereby warranting that they oonstitute all of the owners thereof,
far themselves, their heirs, successors and. assigns, hereby irrevocably offer to
dedicate to the City of Sarato:Ja, a Municipal Cor¡:oratian, an easement and right-
of -way for a public city street (inclOOing all trees or growth presently growing
or as may be grown within said right-of-way) upcn, under, over and across that
certain real property situated in the City of saratoga, Coonty of Santa Clara,
State of California, and. m:n:e particularly described as follows:
A rœ.dway oc::rmonly kn.am as Leonard Road being 60.00 foot in width the center
line of which is described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of the Saratoga-Sunnyvale Rœ.d, formerly
Saratoga-lobmtain View Road, distant thereon Sooth 0°39' East 230.00 feet
fran the Northeasterly oorner of that 21.86 acre tract of larrl described
in the Deed to Peter I:a1ald Ljepava, et ux, recoroed July 2, 1946 in
Book 1372 Official Records, page 177 in the office of the Recoroer of the
County of Santa Clara, state of Oilifornia;
THENCE South 89°17' West and parallel with the Northerly line of said 21.86 acre
tract 778.61 feet to the Easterly line of that approxinately 9.279 acre
