HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 93-25.29 RESOLUTION NUMBER 93-25.29 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS AND AMENDING THE F.Y. 1994/95 BUDGET: WHEREAS, it has been recoIUlUended by the City Manager that the following amendments of prior appropriations be made: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the budget of the City of Saratoga adopted by Resolution 93-25 be amended as follows: Amend Resolution 93-25.15 currently stated as tranfer: $ 4,000 from (0001-2000) General Fund Amend to: $ 4,000 from (0001-2002) contingency Reserve Purpose: The original purpose was to appropriate the funds from the contingency reserve, however the wrong account number was included in the original resolution. Amend Resolution 93-25.26 CUrrently stated as transfer: $ 73,620 from (0001-2002) Appropriation for Contingency Amend to: $ 16,911 from (OOOl-2002) Appropriation for Contingency $ 56,709 to (0001-9890) Refunds/Reimbursements Purpose: A portion of the expenses incurred by the Quito RD/Westmont Ave/Sousa Lane Traffic Signal Project in the above resolution will be recaptured from other agencies (City of San Jose and Traffic Authority) this year. Amend Resolution 93-25.27 Currently stated as transfer: $ 22,500 from (0001-2002) Reserve for Contingencies Amend to: $ 22,500 to (0001-9513) Engineering Fees Purpose: The expenses incurred of additional professional fees will be offset by an equivalent amount of additional revenues generated from enginee.ring fees. The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the saratoga City Council held on the 5th day of April, 1995 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Jacobs, Moran, Tucker, Wolfe and Mayor Burger NOES: None ABSENT: None MAPltL ATTEST: B . ." .
