RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SARATOGA ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF FEES
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: The fees set forth in Exhibits "A", "B" and "C"
attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby established
pursuant to the Saratoga City Code and shall be paid to or
collected by the City for each of the applications, permits,
extensions, renewals, services or other matters enumerated
therein. No application shall be deemed filed or complete until
all required fees have been paid in full to the City.
SECTION 2: Resolution Number 95-32 and all amendments thereto
are hereby repealed, it being the intent of the City Council that
the fee schedules adopted by this Resolution shall supersede all
prior schedules pertaining to the same subject matter.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective on the date
of its adoption and shall be applicable to all fees and deposits
which are payable to the City from and after the effective date
hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Saratoga held on the 19th day of June, 1996, by
the following vote:

FEE SCHEDULE
SUBDIVISION AND ZONING REGULATIONS CITY CODE - CHAPTERS 14, 15
Pursuant to Sections 14-05.050 and 15-05.070 of the City
Code, the following fees and deposits are established for the
applications, permits, extensions, renewals, services and other
matters enumerated below. The fees are based on estimated costs
to the City to process the application.
In addition to the payment of the fees established herein
the applicant shall hold the City harmless from all costs and
expenses including the attorney's fees, incurred by City or held
to be the liability of City in connection with City's defense of
its actions in any proceeding brought in any State or Federal
court challenging the City's actions with respect to the
applicant's project.
