RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE HAKONE FOUNDATION BOARD
~EREAS, the Saratoga City Council, at the re~est of the President
of the Hakone Foundation Board of Tmstees, wishes to fill
vacancies on that Board.
NOW, T~REFO~, BE IT ~SOL~D, T~T THE following appointments to
the Hakone Foundation ~ard are made for a ten of four years:
Nancy ~sser
Ronald Duffin
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Saratoga Ci~ Council held on the 2nd day
of ~ril, 1997, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Bogosian, Jacobs, Shaw and Wolfe
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Moran
